Measurement Services and Measuring Machines

We offer measurement services with our Zeiss Duramax and Contura machines up to working piece size 1000 x 1200 x 600. The services are scalable from single measurements to outsourced quality assurance.

Measuring complex workpieces which are difficult or impossible to measure with hand held gauges
Written or electronic documentation is needed for specified samples
Quality assurance services for companies which don't have their own QA capabilities and are buying assemblies from 3rd party companies.

3D-Scanning

We do 3D-Scanning with out mobile scanner. The scanning is a flexible way to reverse engineer parts that manufacturing information is not available. Another useful purpose is to model the environment and surroundings of location where parts that in currently being designed should fit. The scanning can be used in variety of situations. From parts that are only few millimeters in size to spaces that span several cubic meters. Scans can be combined to scan whole rooms or machines.

Balancing

We offer balance measurements and balancing with out Cimat and Schenk balancing machines.
